secondlife naviをみてたら、ＳＩＭを購入したかどうか確認する方法がわかりました。
ＳＬの英語版でＬａｎｄ Ｓｔｏｒｅをクリックすると地図がでてきます。その右上にManage Your Existing Reservationsとあります。
そこをクリックすると Build Status のところがprosessingとなってました。
ＨＥＬＰを見ると下記のように書いてました。
What do the build statuses mean?
Not Started (Not Paid)
You have a reservation but have not paid for the region yet. Currently it costs US $1675 to turn your reservation into a region.
Not Started (Paid)
You have already paid the fees to build a region on this space. If you'd like to build here, you need to click "Build Region Here", then fill out the form.
Processing
Your region has been paid for and is awaiting transfer into the queue for processing.
Pending
Your region is currently in process and should be up soon. You will be notified in world when it is up.
Fulfilled
Your region has been put up. You no longer need to access this page.
Denied
Your build request may have run into problems. Please contact Second Life concierge@lindenlab.com for more information.

いっぱいＳＩＭ買ってみた結果から、「たぶん」でお答えします。
ＳＩＭをオーダーすると、先着順リストにいれられます。
リンデンはＳＩＭ用のサーバーをまとめて定期的に追加しているようです。
単位は５０台なのか１００台なのかわかりませんが、先着順リストから
該当の台数のＳＩＭをリリースするわけです。ＳＩＭオーダーがすいていれ
ば次回、混んでいれば次の次の次、みたいなことになるし、次回が明日
なのか再来週なのかもわからないので、結果としていつくるかわからない
ということになります。
いままでで一番早かったのは、正月明けでオーダーの３日後（笑）
一番ながかったのは去年の１１月、値上がり前駆け込みオーダーで
１ヶ月でした。当時は数百台が集中していたはずです。
１月に３回にわけて１０台以上たのんだ平均は１０日ぐらいかな。
あと、ＳＩＭが届くときはある日突然、前触れも無く届きます。

というタイトルのメールがちょろっと届いておわりです。
公式にログインするとオーダーステータスみたいのがありますが、
オーダーしたすぐ後から、届くまでの間になんらステータスは変化しません。
このメールを見逃して、３日気づかなかったことありました・・・・
